Fresh water is now understood to be a delicate, finite and essential natural resource. There is enough for all but we have to respect the limitations. In the RBE all waterways would be drinkable. Nothing less is acceptable. This is totally achievable too. Nobody actually wants to cause harm. It’s simply the way they are forced to make their ‘living’.
